Hello everyone,

 

So what has been happening since the opening of Indian summer restaurant?

 

In brief we have been talked about in Weston-Super-Mare. We have been busy and many of our guests are returning each week to visit us.

We do appreciate everyone who is doing their best to support Indian Summer, Thank you.

 

 

- July the 21^st , 2011 we are organising an Elvis tribute Night at Indian Summer. 

Sal (www.sallikeelvis.co.uk). A unique vocalist only for one night. 

What is included: Five courses diner, coffee or tea and a whole evening full of entertainment with Sal  from 8pm until 11:30pm all for only £30 per person.

Table booking strongly recommended.

Other news:

 

- We received a letter from Channel 5 to participate in a programme about restaurants expert advice for Freshone TV a new channel cooperating with the famous chef Jamie Oliver.

We of course wanted to participate, however upon monitoring Indian Summer the producer concluded that we were doing everything right and the programme would not really be able to further advice us.

Naturally we were delighted to learn that we were doing everything correctly, although we would have loved to contribute to the programme.

 

 

- Also great news, two of Indian Summer popular recipes are now published in a new recipe book produced by Sainsburys and Vision North Somerset (Supporting local blind and partially sighted people).

We do hope you will buy the recipe book which is now  available in Sainsburys supermarket for only £5.00.

 

We will organise various events during summer, so do visit us and we will tell you more about our futur evenings of entertainment  full of surprises, amusement and no doubt delicious food.
