- We are proud to announce that Indian Summer Restaurant & Bar have received a five star rating by environmental health officers; which means the restaurant's food hygiene, preparation, storage and cleaning standards have been recognised as very good by health officers.

The highest rating an establishment can receive is five stars.

The new star rating system came lately into force  with the aim of giving members of the public a clear understanding of the cleanliness of businesses that make food.

- Indian Summer is also pleased to have been awarded five Diamond by Weston-super-Mare Hotels & Restaurants Association. The Seal of Quality.

Indian Summer is therefore subject to rigors annual independent inspection and is required to meet the minimum high standards & quality then it is individually listed and graded; this ensures the highest level of quality possible.

- We are in addition happy to have been nominated for the "HSBC Start-Up Stars Awards 2010" and for the "British Curry Award 2010".

It is both great achievements to be nominated although Indian Summer had only recently open  its doors.
